The CXIS-4040 computerized x-ray inspection system is ideal for xray screening large packages, luggage screening security inspections, and bulk mail security screening. This PC based x-ray screening system is easy to operate and ideal for weapon detection, potentially dangerous liquid detection, bomb detection, loss prevention, and other xray security inspection and contraband detection applications requiring xray imaging.
This conveyor based x-ray screening system has a tunnel opening of 40" (1,016mm) wide by 40” (1,016mm) high, incorporates a high resolution x-ray detector array, and latest algorithms to enhance detection and imaging performance. The CXIS-4040 x-ray system incorporates a 160kV xray generator and will penetrate up to 29mm of steel.

Health & Safety
American Innovations, Inc. pursues & reserves the right to change specifications at any time without notice in the course of continuous development. Any such changes are implemented to maintain or improve the products offered. Equipment may differ in a small detail from the description given.
Complies with published international health and Safety standards including the U.S. F.D.A. Center for Devices and Radiation Health standards for cabinet x-ray devices (Federal Standard 21-CFR 1020.40). Typical radiation leakage is less than 0.1mR/hr. That is considerably less than the maximum allowed rate of 0.5mR/hr. permitted by Federal law. Film safety is guaranteed for high speed films up to ISO 1600.
